My Title Companies

Link Your Title Company

This is an important feature of your NetSheet™ account.

However, if you don’t do this your estimates will still feature fairly accurate “average” closing costs and title insurance rates, specific to your state, sampled from hundreds of title companies nationwide, provided via a deep integration by our partners at TitleCapture®.

How to Link

Clicking on the button to add your title company will display a list of the available title companies in your state. This list is provided via the deep integration with our partners at TitleCapture®.

If your title company is not on that list, please click on the button to refer to that title company. Our partners at TitleCapture® will reach out to that referral and sign them up, so you can link that new title company to your NetSheet™ account.

If your title company is in that list, click the "Link" button next to that title company, and simply choose the branch and title rep you work with. From that point on, the newly linked title company will appear in your list.

You can link an unlimited number of title companies to your account.

You can also use the search field at the top to quickly find your title company.

Your Linked Title Companies

The default list shows you the title companies you already linked to your NetSheet™ account. You’ll be able to mark any one of these as the “Default” title company. This means that it will be featured by default, on every estimate your website visitors generate using the NetSheet™ Widget. It also means that it will be the pre-selected option when you generate an estimate in your NetSheet™ dashboard.

Your Referred Title Companies

This list shows you all the title companies you have referred. Our partners at TitleCapture® are actively trying to sign those title companies up so their rates and fees are available to you in your NetSheet™ account.
