In your NetSheet™ Dashboard on the lower left, as highlighted below, this section will provide you access to control various aspects of your NetSheet™ Agent PRO account and user profile.
Account & Settings
This tab allows you to update your profile picture, visible on your printable in-app NetSheet™ Seller and Buyer estimates.
The first time you log in we recommend that you key in all your Profile details, including your Social media accounts, as this will allow you to easily extend your market reach and promotion.
My Default Costs
This tab allows you to predefine certain rates, such as the Seller's Broker Default Commission % and the Property Tax Default Rate % in your area. This gives you and your visitors the ability to generate an estimate, without having to key in details you or they may not have access to at the moment.
Plan & Billing
The Billing tab allows you to monitor your account, as well as control billing and payment details. There is also an invoice section you can access for your monthly invoices.
